Returns Policy:

RealHunters Journal, wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item you must Contact Us for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#). Any problem with an order must be reported to us within 10 working days from receipt of merchandise. Returns for full credit cannot be made after 30 days from the invoice date. Returns due to sizing issues will be subject to a restocking fee equal to 5% of the selling price! Returns made after 30 days for any reason, including a sizing issue, will be subject to a restocking fee equal to 15% of the selling price.

CONTACT US FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#).  NO ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. Please include the product information, date of purchase and reason you are returning it and we'll make arrangements to issue a credit. All items must be in the original condition and all paper work must accompany the return item. Any return that does not meet these conditions will be returned to the buyer.

Most items may be returned for a full credit (minus freight charged) within 10 days of date of delivery, provided the items are returned to us freight pre-paid. For your protection, please insure the package for its full value. COD's are not accepted. Please ship FedEx or UPS Ground or US Postal Service parcel post. On arrival, if your order appears to be damaged, do not accept the shipment. If after you open the shipment you find that you have received damaged or defective merchandise, please Contact Us within 5 days of receipt of your package for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#).
